Because of Your love

I no longer need to strive
God,
Thank you for Jesus.
Thank you for the Lord of the Sabbath.
Thank you for the gift of rest.
Thank you that my identity is not found in what I do,
how much I make, whether I succeed or fail.
Thank you for calling me beloved,
who you are well pleased with.
Thank you for removing the burden of striving.
Amen.
